Took the findings to the businesses flagged: got their digital managers and web suppliers on the phone and saw the fixes through, including live conversations with digital and executive leadership at several well-known Israeli companies. Gave the developers direct feedback on the product from those calls. Set up the card payments end to end and ran the offshore developers.
