XP.NETWORK - infrastructure, accounts and operations
The infrastructure, every account and the operations of a multi-chain NFT bridge startup: 30+ blockchains, close to $6M raised, four years from 2021 to the wind-down in 2025.
I ran the AWS staging and production environments: S3, CloudFront, ACM certificates and TLS, domain registration, Cloudflare DNS and redirect rules, registrar and nameserver migrations. Every build went to staging first, then production.
Every account the company owned was opened, secured and provisioned by me - AWS, MongoDB, Heroku, GitHub, Google Workspace, Dropbox, every social platform - with minimum access and the 2FA kept on a separate phone. MongoDB clusters set up and upgraded ahead of peak load. Every employee's machine built and imaged: Windows, macOS, iOS, Ubuntu.
Around the infrastructure: an audit of every subscription with the CTO that cut the monthly services bill; the back-office and QA flows behind product launches; the anti-abuse rules for the Galxe free NFT mints; the weekly investor update, pulled from every department and shipped every Sunday; 19 blockchain grants as the single contact from agreement to final payment; a 24/7 community team of six people in six countries. When the company wound down, the seven-year legal retention archive: three jurisdictions, 60+ investors, a README an outside auditor could follow.
